Wedding Party Logistics

Our wedding party is going to be a little nontraditional -- 7 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen and a best woman. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get them all in and out of the ceremony, and I would love some feedback!

The groomsmen and best woman will all be standing up with the groom at the beginning of the ceremony, so I'm not worried about that. Then after the ceremony, I was thinking about having the best woman and my sister (MOH) walk out individually. They'll also be wearing the same dress, a different dress from the other BMs. Then groomsmen will just grab a BM, and one lucky guy will get 2!

I think that will work out fine, I just want to make sure everyone is comfortable with it, and if anyone has any suggestions or ideas that might work better, I'd love to hear them!

I think that sounds like a wonderful plan! It think that it minimized awkwardness and is probably the best choice for pairing considering the numbers/gender ratio.

You could also ust have everyone walk one by one. My best friend did this, it added all of 15 seconds, and there was no awkward pairings of people who didn't know each other. Its not a huge deal, but I liked not having to walk down with anyone.

I had 2 extra girls on my side, so they walked out together and entered the reception together.  So you could always have the MOH & BW walk out together, side by side.  The one doesn't need to escort the other, they just walk together. . .
