Hi ladies. I am looking for a local DC/MD/VA hair stylist that does extensions for a reasonable/budget price for a friend that is getting married. Can you offer some stylists??? Thanks!!!

*Check my post below - Kelli Fink will put in clip-in extensions but you have to get them yourself.
