Head table inspiration

What are you ladies doing to decorate your head table? I was thinking of having all of the bridesmaid bouquets along the table along with candles and rose petals. Do you girls think that that is enough, or will it look lack luster?

I have no clue. My venue will really do that for me. I've seen the decorations you are speaking of at a lot of weddings and I think that will be enough! Other things I've seen added. The unity Candle set. I like these and thought it might be a good inspiration for headtable decor, but I don't know what flower I would use under them.

We'll have the bouquets and votive candles. I don't want too much blocking us from the view of our guests. To be honest, the guest tables will look so much prettier than the head table because of the candelabras alone.

That's a good point. We certainly want to be able to see over whatever decorations we use, and make it easier for guests to see us (although I am not thrilled with being on display while eating).

What will your other centerpiecs look like? I think the bouquets, flower petals and some candles will be great but I'm curious.

We're doing a sweetheart table so it will be fairly small and won't need a ton of decoration. I think we'll probably do my bouquet, some candles and a sign on the front of the table or chairs (not sure which).

We're having a SH table. My bouquet in a vase & votive candles that come with the venue. Definitely wanted to keep it simple!

<div>That sounds really pretty!! I think if you use the same type votives and the rose petals that will keep yours looking similar but the bouquets will make it a little different which is perfect.</div>

We are doing a sweethearts table. Since we are not doing a large cake, The cake FI will cut will be on our table with my bouquet and some candles. very simple

We are going to use the bouquets at the head table for decorations. We will also have a blue table cloth while the other tables will be white. We are just going to keep it simple though.

We are having a Navy blue tablecloth for our SH table & Ivory tablecloths for WP (we are doing a sweetheart table flanked by 2 tables for our WP). The WP tables will just have the BM bouquets & our table will have one of my (clean) firefighter boots for me to stick my bouquet in instead of a vase. I just wanted to go very simple.
