To corsage or not to corsage?

I was just wondering if bridesmaids/MOH need corsages or not...it would be a nice touch I think, but I just wanted some outside opinion.

    I am not going to do corsages for my wedding.  A lot of my close relatives have passed on to the afterlife and its too hard to choose who is "deserving" of a corsage.  I heard from a few of the florist i got quotes from that this tradition is fading.  So I would only do bridal party flowers and you can give a small gift to important people at the rehearsal dinner.
