Ceremony Location near Howell/Brighton?

Hello everyone!  I've been a longtime lurker here on this board :)  I'm getting married June 2013 at the Howell Opera House.  I was wondering if anyone knew of a nice ceremony location out in that area?  We're getting married on a Saturday evening (around 5 or so), about 150 guests, hoping to maybe find a ceremony location under $400.  We can always use the opera house if we can't find something, but I am having a hard time letting go of my dream to get married in a church or pretty outdoor spot.  Thanks everyone!

    Is the $400 for just the location or other stuff too?  Either way, with that your best bet would be to look into any parks.

    I'm having my reception in July 2013 at the Howell Opera House and wanted an outdoor ceremony location.  

    Our ceremony is going to be at the amphitheater in front of the courthouse in Howell. It's right down the street, so everyone can walk to the reception and the rental fee is only $25!

    We also looked into the Brighton Mill Pond Park, but there was already an event booked my wedding day.  Or you could look into the Howell City Park or Brighton Recreation area?
