Getting in Shape

Bridalicious DVD

I just bought the DVD's today and am wondering if there is any exipment needed for the videos. I have looked all over and cant seem to find this info.

I want to have everything I need so that as soon as I get the DVD's I can start.

Thank you

I found this guide: http://www.xoedge.com/StaticImages/knotshop/mc/bridalicious/Go-To%20Guide.pdf. See page 19. It looks like you just need 1-2 sets of dumbbells and a yoga mat to get started (and honestly, when I first started working out, a yoga mat=my rug or a towel). Good luck!

 • I have the DVDs- I use a yoga mat, but only because I have hardwood floors, carpet works too. I use 1 set of dumbbells right now, and may bump up to a heavier set soon, but 1 is good to start, or you can do them with no weights at all. The videos have 3 different ladies doing the exercises at different levels of difficulty on them, usually 1 with no weight, 1 with medium weights, and 1 with heavier weights. Have fun!
