1) My sisters...I don't know wtf I would get them for xmas. Youngest sis will just ask for a visa giftcard for gas (she drives an hour to school) and my other sister? Who knows. I don't want to give my sister gas money....that is just stupid. I was thinking about getting rings made for us with my mom's, their's, and my birthstones, but youngest sister's birthstone is a pearl and that kind of jacks things up.

2) How do you go about finding a new hair salon? I could ask friends, but we are all so spread out...I don't want to drive 30 minutes to get my hairs did.

3) I found a pic my mom and me from the wedding that is really nice. I was thinking about getting that framed for her for xmas, but our wedding was three years ago. Has it been too long to trot out those photos again?

4) I don't know what to ask H to get me for xmas. I kind of want a right hand ring....but I don't know. I mentioned a watch, but I rarely wear one, so that seems stupid. He usually gets me a necklance and I can't find one that I like. I'm stumped. I guess it is a good thing that I can't think of a bunch of stuff I want. It means I have what I need. We really don't need more things.

    I think the wedding picture present is nice. As for hair salons, I go with products. I really love Aveda stuff for my hair so I found an Aveda salon. I also have certain requirements for services. I want them to do waxing so I can go to one place to get my hair and eyebrows done, and a spa if possible for massages and nails.

    I will go with Pmeg and say that Aveda is nice as well.

    And honestly, if your sister really wants a gc for gas, get it.  I hate asking for something and then getting something else.  Uhhh yep.

    1. Is there something that might make the commute nicer?  I'm trying to find something to hook Dh's mp3 player to my car radio.  I'm also getting him some itunes gift cards.  On the other hand, why does the pearl jack things up?  People have pearl rings right?

    2. I don't know but am curious. 

    3.I think the wedding pic ship has sailed.

    4. Ask him to get the ring that you are making your mom and sisters.

    Dh doesn't like me list.  The only thing on it is a new house.

    I found an Aveda salon with what appears to be a sassy gay stylist. I'll let you know how it goes.

    6 - I don't know about the rings....I don't want to spend the money if they won't wear it. Also, I can't stand the idea of three stones and a pearl. It makes the OCD in me all itchy.

    What about getting them each something that has just their birthstone? And them for your mother, getting her something that has everything. Also, some places sub out the pearl for an actual gemstone so look around.

    I'll keep looking. IDK about jewelry for my mom. I don't think she'll be wearing much anymore. I imagine all of the rings she has are too big anymore and I wouldn't be wearing bracelets if I was washing my hands as much as I imagine she is. Maybe I'll be lame and just send everyone GCs.
