  Most cleanses are crap.  

  
  

  Do not do this.  A healthy and balanced diet by itself is all the "cleanse" you need.  That's your kidneys and liver's job.  Help them do it well by feeding them good food and water.

  I wouldn't bother either. I have a friend who cleanses every month, but continues to gain and lose the same 5 to 8 pounds because it's just water weight she's losing. Especially don't do a cleanse with a laxative natural or not because these can be dangerous to your health. I don't know if this particular cleanse has one or not, but that's just my advice. One of my mom's friends joined a trendy weight loss clinic that had her doing a cleanse, she ended up in the hospital for 4 days with severe dehydration. Even though these things say they are natural doesn't always make them safe, so please be careful : Good luck with whatever you decide!

  Thanks!  I've been working with a nutritionist and was hoping this might jump start, but I've already noticed a difference in how my body reacts to various foods now.  With no benefits, I think I'll save the money!

  I bought it and did it with my fiance and we both lost weight. i lost 10 lbs!  The morning shakes also taste good, which is amazing for a cleanse!
