  I'm having my ceremony and reception at Swingin D Ranch and they charge per plate for reception and 850 for ceremony. Included are chairs, tables, linens, place setting, and centerpieces which can be fresh floral. It's very budget friendly.

  The Orchard in Azle may be in her budget, if that isn't too far out.
