Day-Of Wedding Planner?

Hello Ladies!
I'm looking for references for a great day-of wedding planner in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I've seen some that also do floral design, which is a plus, but not necessarily required.
What do you like about your wedding planner?
How do they compare (style, price, etc.) with other planners you looked at?

    H and I met with Maria from Ispiri Events and Stephanie from First Blush Bride.  We ended up hiring Stephanie.  Both charged (at the time) $500.  Steph was great!  No complaints.  I don't know if either do floral arrangements.  I know Deven Nelson does but we didn't meet with her after she missed our meetings and was terrible with communication.

    Highly recommend Sarah Trotter w/ Lasting Impressions. She's won a ton of awards and she's VERY good!

    I am currently working with Heather from Until it Looks Right. So far I have really enjoyed working with her (I will have the final review after the wedding) and she is super good with communication and makes me feel a lot more at ease about the wedding day, so I would recommend her.

    When I booked, it was 600 the week of your wedding planning.

    I highly HIGHLY recommend Liz from Elizabeth Anne Weddings. She was awesome! There is no way I would have had such a great wedding without her help.

    We used Mi Mi Design for our planning, floral and decor. They were AMAZING. Literally the best vendor we hired. They floored us with how they transformed our event space. They were also incredibly organized, and kept everyone on time and on track throughout the day. I cannot recommend them enough!
