I emailed one through TK about a week ago and never got a response.  (DJ Hybrid I think)

What were some deciding factors that helped make your decision?

    I got mine through the bridal shop where I purchased my dress (they have a few different companies all mixed into one).  I spoke to my venue first to make sure they've worked with them before and also my photographer.

    Don't go with any vendor that doesn't quickly get back to you.  If they take that kind of time to respond in the getting of your biz, just think of how it's going to be once they actually have it.  I work in the wedding biz in jax.  My fav dj's that i"ve seen are dj thundercat (he's doing mine), mcgee, deland,mike that use to work w/ deland is out on his own now so a little cheaper right now while he's getting his name out there.  Those are some of my favs.  Hope this helps. =)

    I used Stephen Paul w/Beyond Sight and Sound. I was looking for ceremony musicians as well and he has an amazing package that includes some. He has amazing musicians he works with. We had a viloin & guitar playyer...the violinist is a member of the Jax symphony. If I had booked them seperately it would have been twice as much...so that's what drew me to him. He's extremely accomodating and super easy to work with. He was very organized and did everything we asked of him. Not only was he quick to respond...but often he was the one contacting me. I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about the service he provided us as our vendor. HTH!

    I'm using Tony Mann.  I worked with him for over a year and know he will do a great job.  He has been doing it for over 20 years.
