Ok, I was on my venues website. we booked this place in 8/11. the menu switched up a little bit. and they've added $1000 non refundable deposit. So i'm about to call and see if some items are still available. While i'm at it, what else should i ask about?

* tipping of bartender

* Drink tickets/open bar/ cash bar options

    has the venue event coordinator changed? What are their responsibilities? Will you be able to taste your menu items? How many waitstaff per event are allocated? Will there be other events going on at the same time?

    Do I need to pre-tie my sashes or will you all tie them
    what will be done with all my food after the reception? will it be boxed up?
    What happens if I am over my count by 1, 5 or 10 people and how can we avoid this
