3. I think I have acid reflux. Anybody have this/have remedies/know how to stop the searing pain in my chest/throat? Thanks!

3. A tspn of baking soda in a glass of warm water. You'll belch within a few minutes and feel better.

Haha thanks! I've decided to go the chocolate milkshake route to soothe the throat issue.

Next remedy to try is an abundance of liquor!

I was prescribed muscle relaxants which cause acid reflux, and my Dr told me Pepcid AC was the best OTC med for reflux. Have fun at your B-party!

For my Acid Reflux, I usually just chew a few Rolaids, but mine isn't life-altering, though I would like to go to the doctor and talk to him about getting on Nexium.
