corsage and boutonniere

My fiance and I are planning on getting corsages for our mothers and a boutonniere for my fiance and his father.  Is this something that we will have to order in advance from the florist or can we just walk in and buy one?

    We don't care which kind of flowers are used.  I wasn't sure if the florist would be annoyed if we bough three or four pre made ones at once.

    I guess I'll call and tell him my wedding date and the time I'll pick them up and take it from there.
