I just signed up for a 15K road race in the beginning of July- I have been running off and on for years but since January have been running a couple times a week 3-4 miles mostly, 5-6 miles occasionally, working out a total or 5-6 days each week. I know I'll be able to work up to 15K which is 9.1miles no problem, but I am wondering if you ladies have any recommendations for websites that give you more specific training schedules?? I don't want to be running haphazardly leading up to the race. Any suggestions would be great. I'd like to build up to that mileage sooner than later too, so that the race is something I am really comfortable with.
I am super pumped, but nervous it is going to be a million degrees! My FI is signed up to and I'm going to beat him- well that is my hope anyway!
