  Try going to Royal Accessories in dowtown LA they have a lot of cool stuff and they are cheap.  I got my veil there for like 60 bucks.

  I would also recommend Royas Accessories in DTLA - I got my veil there too but you may want to also try ETSY and put in an Alchemy request and see if someone can make it for you.
