sooo confused

When I was planning a wedding 3 yrs ago I thought everything was going to be the way I wanted it. I had stuck to my favorite color which is blue & everything was going to be that color... Well that relationship didnt work out but i'm in a new one. We are now engaged & are planning our wedding. We have decided to do a halloween themed wedding. However my thoughts keep going back to wanting to do our wedding in blue. You cant have a blue wedding in october. I dunno which one to choose. If i do blue this time it would be a different theme concept than the previous one I had originally wanted. I dunno which one to choose. I love the halloween theme but I love the color of blue. Any advice would be much appriciated.

Your colors and theme don't have to match the season. You can most definitely do blue in October, or any time of the year. Maybe not a pastel-y, light baby blue, but a navy blue or some other dark shade would be nice and elegant. If you love the blue theme and that's what your heart is set on, and it pleases your FI, choose that one. Or you can find ways to incorporate blue into a Halloween wedding. Either way, as long as you and FI are happy with the way it looks, that's all that matters.

I'm in the same boat darlin' i was engaged beofer and everything was for fall and was red. i was so set on that color and now that im planning yet another wedding i wasnt even sure if i should use the same decorations that i had already bought. my new fiance said he didnt care if i used them but now the wedding is in spring. sooo im still using red but im also using other coors in the wedding, have u tried to do some blue but also add other fall colors such as reds, oranges, yellows, with ur blues. or u could just do fall center pieces like wheats with a blue ribbon. im also doing all the same color dresses for my girls but differant color shoes. if u go with a nuteral tone such as brown dresses make them wear blue shoes and shawls.
