Wholesale Diamonds near Houston?

Found a setting I love, but searching for a good value on my center stone (pear shape). I think my best bet might be a diamond wholesaler in Houston or possibly thinking about taking a leap of faith online. Any suggestions or things to be aware of? Maybe your lucky "other-halves" would know?

Most of my clients buy theirs from a place right on richmond near Dave & Busters. There is a black building next to it. I Hope that helps.
