Anyone have any references for GREAT Photographers in Mass or NH area-???

Ive researched so many- we have a very modern/contemporary style & Im so torn in researching all these different companies & love reviews!

help!!

    I would highly recommend Edson Dias (www.diasphoto.com). My fiance hired him to take photographs of the proposal and he did an amazing job! He was only down on one knee for about a second but Edson managed to snap a photo. He has a very modern style and does a lot of creative things with the camera.

    Jessica Doherty Photography is who we will be using for our wedding.  She is so personable I felt like I had met her years ago.  I am very excited to work with her.  I like the fact that we are just paying for the time we use her on our wedding day.  Then, we have up to a year to get special pricing for the albums (so you aren't spending a large chunk of money up front).  Lastly, she has a cash option which if you can do it I'd reccommend.... it's saving us a LOT of money :)

    She has great prices and her work is awesome.  She was flexible and easy to work with, and we got a CD of all of our pictures.

    Definitely check out Berryphotos - they're amazing.  Their pictures look exactly like others I've seen that start at 5k, but they start at 2k.  We got full day coveage, two photographers, all the rights to our images, an engagement session and an amazing album made in Italy for $3500 and couldn't be happier.  Their website is www.berryphotos.com

    highly recommend john loconte from johnlo photography, he is on the MA.NH border and is amazing! we used him a few years ago and still love our pictures, plus his prices are still very reasonable

    I definitely would recommend David LaChapelle with Amore Photography.  He is doing our wedding photography and is amazing to work with and our e-pics came out amazing.  He was also pretty reasonably priced.

    I hired Portrait New England. However, I do think it is important to specify what your budget is. Photographers differ so much and I can recommend so many different photographers just based on their work but it all comes down to price and personality. I feel that I got the best deal I could find and I genuinely clicked with my photographers.

    I would definately recommend Shawn Black.  www.shawnblackphoto.com   He did my friend's wedding over the summer and was awesome.  Her pictures are stunning, and he really made a difference on the day of.  We hadn't already booked our photographer, we would have definately gone with him.

    I'm working with Matt Bramlett.  We tried him out by doing Engagement photos first, just to be sure he'd get our 'style'.  I love that he was able to work with my crazy, non-traditional situation and created a contract that worked with my needs and budget.  Not only is he a great guy, he's really flexible and creative.  So far.....I'm impressed.  Here's a link:


    I actually spent a lot of time looking at websites to see evidence of work.  I found him totally by chance, as someone posted pictures of a friend's wedding on FB and I saw her album.  I'm a huge fan now.  Good luck!

    Liz Linder Photography is amazing! She is in the higher price range, but soo worth it if you have the budget for it. Her style is modern and candid.

    I love Shannon Sorenson :) She did my engagement pictures and I was thrilled! She is a doll to work with and completely reasonable.



    I love my photog Randi Baird too, but she is based on Martha's Vineyard.

    Plus, another vote for P&K! I have never seen a wedding done by them I didn't just swoon over the pics.
