  I don't know if this would work for you, but maybe you can buy the thicker guage jewelry wire in green and gold and create your own that way. You can start by making a circle for the base, the go up and make the Shamrock outline & then finish it with a rounded piece sticking out the back to hold the card.
  
  I have some wire left from my hangers if you want me to try it out when I get home tonight to see if it will work.
  
  I know it might take a while to do as many as you need, but you can get the wire fairly cheap and you can enlist the wedding party and FI to help.
