My daughter used Laurie of Renditions Photography. Her engagement photos were included in her package. Laurie finds interesting elements to bring into her photos, for example, there were three puddles in a row, and she posed the couple up behind the puddles and their image was reflected in each puddle, plus them at the end. Pretty cool.

<div>Do you have a price range/budget for your photographer? I may be able to provide a few recs for you!</div>
my friend used Frames in Motion Photography and her pics were really good, and very affordable. I think they start around $750. I am considering using them for mine, but my wedding isn't until 2015. Here's their site framesinmotion.net
Love love love travis j photography. They are. Awesome!! They are younger and creative, they are affordable and willing to work hard to make sure you have what you want. Great people, amazing pics! They are in Denver but travel. check the website and face book. Next to the groom, best choice ive made
Yellow Paddle--they did our engagement---and they are lower budget as they have up and coming photographers BUT Jen who did our enagement was soooo good we booked her for our Wedding in Sept---
@gretamarie does yellow paddle edit/ Photoshop all the pictures they take? I have found a few photographers that will edit every photo they take, but their rates are $250-$275 an hr which puts me at $1500 for 6 hours when I was hoping to be around $1300. Yellow paddle looks amazing at $1200 for 8 hours of one photographer and 4 hours of a second shooter, but without being able to test them out for engagement shots first it seems a bit risky. Do they have portfolios on each photographer?
Hey! I used M&M Photography out of Colorado Springs- willing to travel. The girls are AMAZING!!! They listen to what you want and are SO creative! Turn around time is super fast too! I got my pics in 1 week!! They are awesome. Highly recommend them!
Mathieu ryan photographers http://www.mathieuryan.com/is insanely reasonable! He is really passionate about his work and it really shows in his photos. Let him know I sent you and he'll cut you a deal!
Ashley McKenzie Photography! She has been absolutely wonderful to work with! Because I am planning out of state, we were able to even set up a skype session to go over details of the wedding. Also, she has amazing prices and she can travel to the location of your venue.
Yes! I definitely recommend Emily Schmutz of Keeping Composure Photography-http://keepingcomposure.com/ she did our engagement photos and we loved them so much we are flying her to Kentucky to shoot our wedding! She is down to earth, easy going and she has a great eye as well as many different packages to choose from. She will travel ANYWHERE but it's common to see her in the mountains and Front Range. HIGHLY recommend her.
