Second Tasting

It seems like it has been FOREVER since FI and I had our catering tasting.  When we had the tasting we did really have any idea what we wanted to serve or what we wanted the "feel: to be.  We dont really even remember what any of the food was like and we are having a hard time making any final decisions on food.  Has anyone done a second tasting with their caterer?  It doesn't sound like it would be a completely rediculious thing to ask them to do, but I really have no clue when it comes to these things!

    I'm sure they are willing to do it, as long as you are willing to pay for it.

    I'm sure there are others who have had a second tasting. Are you questioning meal choices or weather you liked the food in general?
