Whoa, all the way in Cincinnati?

I hate earthquakes, even though I've never felt one.  The ground is one thing I can always count on, thankyouverymuch!

I didn't notice anything, but apparently everyone else in the city could feel it.

The couch shook as if on water. I thought hubby was playing with me for a second and then I registered... so scary.

Yes and I'm actually about 40 miles north of Cincinnati. wallacje - yes, alright over here thanks for checking!

I don't care for earthquakes either. I was in a major one in 1989 and another in 1992 in California and they scare me <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-frown.gif" border="0" alt="Frown" title="Frown" />

I've always wanted to live in California, but earthquakes seriously keep me from moving.  I know that's silly, but I don't care.  I can handle tornadoes and hurricanes, mainly because you usually see them coming.

I hope everyone is okay!  The scary thing is that I don't think most U.S. buildings are equipped to handle them so that 5 probably felt a lot stronger.
