Does anyone know any good places to take ballroom or swing lessons for relatively cheap? I'm trying to get FI to go out dancing with me and hopefully at our wedding, too.

    we also took dance class through the local community ed program. It was fun! FMIL and FFIL were in the class with us too!

    community ed is great

    We just started taking lessons at the American Classic Ballroom in Chanhassen.  Their group classes are pretty cheap - $15 each.  We got a package through Crowd Cut a few months ago that gave us 4 group and 4 individual classes for $49 - definitely keep an eye out for offers like that.  They're great!
