Wasn't there a weekly update for us girls trying to get in shape or loss some weight before our wedding to stay on track? If we would like to start that back up I will go ahead and start off the new one right now and then start it back on Mondays again!
For me it is week 3 of getting back to the gym since the start of finals last quarter. I've been going atleast every other day and i'm there for about an hour each time. My eaing habits I feel are really good right now, not as much junkie food or eating out! however my pepsi is definitely a killer ( I get it free at work so I always have a couple glasses, atleast I only work about 2 times a week!).
So how are all you doing?
