Whew...just like that its back to the work grind.  It was a super busy with my parents in town from Kentucky...our shower was on Saturday and it was a blast!  My MOH catered in barbeque...we played horseshoes...corn hole...and everyone just hung out and had a good time! It was perfect!!

I guess I just must be getting older...my parents left this morning and I've been crying like a baby.  This is just crazy...I'm waiting for someone at the office to ask me what is wrong with me!

Heading up to Boone for at least one day of this holiday weekend.  FI fam always has a family weekend this weekend.  It will be nice to drop a few degrees in temperature and relax again. Thank goodness its a 3 day weekend!

    Good morning!

    This weekend passed by way too quickly! Tomorrow I am going to an info session about a damage inspection position. Hopefully it will be something I'm interested in so we can get a second income coming in. I would LOVE for it to cool off a bit. We had a few projects we wanted to complete on our balcony this weekend and we just couldn't take the heat. I'm working on it today and I just had to come in for a breather. It's already 90 outside & it's only 9am! Crazy, I definitely didn't expect a summer like this in MD. 

    I'm glad this is a short week for DH. He has 3-4 day weeks in a row because he works 9 hour days & gets every other Friday off. Since the 4th falls on a Sunday he gets Monday off too! We're going to take advantage of the time off and get some painting done this weekend if we can decide on colors. 

    I hope everyone has a great week! Try to stay cool.

    Good morning!  I got a ton of wedding stuff done this weekend which I already posted about.  I am super excited for a three day weekend, so we can take a full day to do yard work and other stuff that has to get done, and thn have 2 days to relax!  i have a feeling this week is going to draaaaaag on!

    morning ladies.  uggg...it's Monday.  The week-ends just go by way to quick!  They are calling for the weather to cool off this week, low 90's high 80's...woo-hoo!

    Good Morning!  It looks like another hot one out....but I'm gonna venture out to pull some weeds from my garden and plants a little later.  I need to wash my car, too, since it is filthy!  I had a great weekend!  My brother and SIL renewed their vows Saturday evening and it was so wonderful....tons of tears flowed from everyone's eyes, but they were happy tears!  Hopefully, I find some time to work on some more WR stuff today, too!  I just know this last 3 months is going to fly by!!!
