    I made it for two weeks, but my schedule didn't allow me to go any further.  I now try to do it a few times a week.  Good luck and let us know how it goes

    I have never done it for more than 2 weeks, and probably not even daily.  She can really make you hurt for only spending 23 minutes doing the video.

    I alway suggest that you do Level 1 on mute after about 3 days of it.  Trust me, you'll get sick of her little comments fast!
