Hawk Hollow themed buffets

Has anyone done or is doing a themed buffet from Hawk Hollow? I like the idea of it because it would be much cheaper then the regular buffet, and also I think it would be nice to have some fun and different. Wedding food to me can be kind of boring, so I thought this seemed like a cool idea. I'm not sure which one to go with if we do though. I was also wondering what your guests reactions to the food was?

    I was actually thinking about doing the same there, i want the taco buffet but know not everyone is a mexican fan so I was thinking of doing another one too. Everyone that I have told thinks it a great idea. Good Luck!

    We are having ours at Eagle Eye, and have decided on doing the Italian Buffett that way those that are vegitarian can still eat, those that want chicken can have tha and like you said, it is something different! :)
