So-for budget reasons, we are only serving one entree for dinner at our reception. I figure that chicken is pretty universal (with the exception of vegetarians which we have none in our invited guests) I need some opinions on what type of chicken to serve---lemon pepper, cajun, blackened, garlic rosemary, bbq, parmesan crusted, chicken parmesan, chicken cordon bleu... The possibilities are endless.
So what is your favorite type of chicken? Or what do you think most people would enjoy?
