 I got all swept up in planning and was feeling reallly stressed! All the sudden my man came into the room and started giving me a back rub, kissed me on the top of the head and told me I was his world. Right then I realized stressing over this wedding was a waste. It didn't matter if we had a fancy wedding or just a court house marriage, he's my sweetie and I love him with my whole heart and as long as we are married at the end of that day, obviously we did something right!

Now it's your turn! 

 Write down something that your mate does for you that makes you smile and realize how much you love them! It can be big or small, wierd or normal!

    He always saves me the best bite of whatever we are eating and if his food is better than mine at a restaurant he will always offer to switch with me :)
    He hugs me so tightly and tells me he can never been close enough!

    I had a melt down over the invitations the other day. I designed them myself and already had them printed. My Fiance pointed out that I didn't put a "Number of attendants" box and just left the line for names.

    Well, I sort of burst into tears because I had a migraine, and was going to get my period, and that was just too much for me to handle that evening. :p

    I wandered off into the bathroom to dry my hair and hide my frustration, when my fiance came and gave me a big hug and a good talking up about what I good job I did with all of the work that went into them. He has a big heart, and is really sweet to me. :)

    He also sends me the sweetest text messages. I downloaded a journal app on my iphone to that I could save them and re read them when I'm missing him. :)

    For starters....My FI messages me every morning to check in to see how I'm doing. It's always around the same time. It's so sweet. He know's it's super busy for me in the office right now so he likes to be sure all is good or at least perk me up. He actually just texted me just a moment ago. I love it!

    Also, last Friday I had a bit of a meltdown. I was stressed about some wedding things, I had a super bad week and people around me had litterly been rude or had no manners (maybe other people were having a bad week too...who knows).  I was on my way home from work and hewas texting me words of encourement and trying to perk me up. He's very attentive when I'm stressed.

    I love him so much!!

    FI always opens the car door for me when we go places.  He is usually not the romatic type so this guesture I love.

    A couple of times when I have been super stressed and had a rough couple of weeks I has planned a weekend away for me to visit my best friend fom college that lives 3 hours away.

    -Despite being 3000 miles away, his schedule ends up somehow synching to my crazy, changing-shifts-every-three-months-one.
    -His ability to analyze an really emotional situation (for me) and calm me down with logical reasoning. He's helped me through so much of the emotional turmoil that my childhood was.
    -He not only understands my nerdiness, but his own helps fuel mine.
    -He always texts me: "Good morning, Beautiful", or something similar.
    -He has never belittled me, or made me feel unwanted or unworthy.
    -He understands that I don't want kids right away, and is perfectly ok with that.
    -He understands that the military demands my time and attention, and doesn't whine (much) about only getting to see me maybe a month total out of the year.
    -He cooks.
    -He's willing to clean the bathroom.

    And so many other things..
    Plus he's a good kisser.

    oh there are so many :)

       he knows how to make me laugh

       he calls himself "Daddy" to the dogs. ( come see daddy, Milo! oh my heart melts
       when he does that!) he also loves them so unconditonally its adorable. one time we took one of our dogs to the parade. when the firetrucks came by and started blaring their horns i looked over to see my big tough man sitting next to me tenderly covering our chihuahua's ears so she wouldnt get scared of the loud noises. right then my heart almost exploded with love.
       he protects me when i need protecting. I feel so completly safe when hes near me.
       he calls my parents mom and dad. he doesnt have the best relationship with his parents so its so special to me that he has them to go to.
