  Hair/ weight/ acne scars.

  I tell him he is handsome often, maybe not often enough... I am mostly at a loss about what to do. I don't want him to change himself. He is perfect the way he is.

  Know of any hair dressers that aren't at the places like Fantastic Sams but are still affordable, that may be able to lead him in the direction of a new haircut?

  i go to this incredible barber (he does girl hair too!) and he's amazing. he does traditional and fun/young/quirky cuts and is a wonderful guy. his name is jim and his shop is mug n brush on high street in clintonville. hope this helps.
