Affordable Florist????

I was wonderin if anyone has a good florist for a good price? I want to keep my floral budget as close to 1000-1500. I am just starting to look at vendors, so if you have someone that is affordable please let me know.

Also any good photographers for 1000.00?

    Regarding photographers, we used Dom Foto and for $1300 got 8 hours of photography & all the images on a disc. He has a cheaper package but I think you only get 5 hours of photography for $800 or something along those lines.

    Our photographer was around $700, and that was for 6 hours or so, but she is driving in from SC near Augusta.

    As for the florist - where are you getting married?  We have a fantastic florist, but we're getting married in North Georgia (and that's where she is based.)

    i really think your florist bill depends on what you're getting from them.
    i met with three different florists, and asked for the same things from all. i really knew what i wanted. all of their quotes were within about $20-30 of each other. i chose the one that i liked meeting with better and thought listened to me best.

    Our florist is Leslie with Southern Stems.  I think her prices are fantastic and she was super helpful and personable when we met with her, and has been very good at being both understanding and flexible when we have needed to change our original floral proposal.  Our photographer is Rebecca Bunch.  Her prices are very reasonable, she has a sort of no strings attached policy and was the most professional of all the photographers we met with.  HTH!

    Our florist charged us $250 for what the other florist *might* have charged $500-$600 (who knows? She never bothered getting back to me after our meeting.  I plan on writing her review after my wedding - along with my other vendors.)

    If you need one near Gwinnett/ Athens area let me know, Traci Pounds with Fresh Attitudes, is AWESOME  (even if her website is a little outdated). Great prices and super friendly.
