Wedding Schedule timeline

HELP !!!All my former brides, trying to set my timeline for the Dj and write and schedule when toast, first dance etc .... Would like to know how youl did urs and if still have a copy so i can see how you set yours up. And anything you would done different need all advice i can get im getting married Saturday and freaking out HELP :)

    Here is was our timeline (as emailed by my wedding coordinator... I have no idea if things went according to schedule)... wedding was at 2, reception immediately after, lasting until 8:30:

    2:00-3:15 Ceremony
    3:15-3:45 Guests drive to CityPlace
    B&G finish pictures
    3:45-4:30 Hors d'ourves and cocktails in The Club
    4:30-4:45 Move everyone into Loft
    4:45-5:00 Grand Entrance
    First Dance
    5:00-6:00 Dinner
    6:00-6:15 Cut cake
    Toasts
    6:15-6:30 Father-Daughter Dance
    Mother-Son Dance
    Generations Dance
    6:30-7:30 Dancing
    7:30-7:45 Sorority Dance (they ended up moving this up)
    Bouquet Toss
    7:45-8:10 Dancing
    8:10-8:30 Move guests downstairs
    Private last dance
    Departure
    8:30 Everyone strikes

    ETA: As for advice, RELAX.  Have someone take your phone away and just enjoy the day.  As for things I would have done differently, I would have asked someone to make H and I to-go boxes of the food.  I remember sitting down and eating, but I don't remember anything about it.

    If you have a DJ, he/she can help you with this.  As for what I would have done differently, I would have allowed an extra half hour to get ready--definitely pad that time a little allowing more than you think you will need.

    4:30 First Look
    5:00 Wedding party photos
    6:00 Wedding party retires to rooms to wait until ceremony
    7:00 Ceremony
    7:30 Cocktails
    8:05 B&G announced
    8:10 First dance
    8:15 Welcome speech from groom's parents
    8:30 Buffet opens
    9:30 Cake cutting/toasts
    9:45 Dance floor opens
    10:30 Bouquet/Garter
    11:15 Last dance for guests/line up for exit
    11:25 B&G private last dance
    11:30 Exit

    I was about 15 minutes late for the first look (see the getting ready part above) which didn't start until 4:45--otherwise we were right on schedule and everything flowed perfectly.
