Renting black lanterns?

Does anyone know where I would be able to rent black lanterns to use as table centerpieces? The contemporary style, not moroccan style.

I will need at least 20, if not more, and really don't want to have to buy that many!

    HI!  I priced this when I was planning my wedding and found that purchasing them at a place like IKEA and then reselling them was actually less expensive than buying them.  You can also try a place like G&G Wholesale Distributors in Saddle Brook - they have great stuff at wholesale prices.  Good luck!

    You should google morracan lanterns...our centerpieces are going to be lanterns (gold) and I found a bunch of morracan lanterns that were pretty resonably priced.  we ended up getting ours from home decorators and with coupons and such it ended up being about $20 a lantern and that included shipping.  I plan on selling them after the wedding and hopefully make some of that money back.

    Your florist should have them if you want to rent them. 

    Ours was going to charge more to rent them than it cost to buy them from Ikea so we ended up just buying them and plan on selling them after the wedding. 

    Are you looking for large ones or small ones?

    I'm looking for about 20 smaller ones and then a few big ones for the cards table and things like that.

    ...if anyone is looking to sell a bunch from their wedding, I'd be interested in that too, depending on price!

    Not sure when you need them by, but I could sell mine after May 19th.  I have 21 right now and will probably find one or two addtional ones that are a bit larger for cards.  I spraypainted these gold and it was really simple to do as the glass comes out very easily, so if you wanted you could spraypaint them a different color.
