Not BBB acredited like the logo on their website leads you to believe. I got married in october 2008 and I still haven't received my wedding albums. What ever you do, DO NOT PAY THEM IN FULL BEFORE YOU GET THE FINISHED PRODUCT IN YOUR HANDS. Also the photographers are old fashioned and the poses are too traditional.
