is anyone getting married or got married at the venetian?

I'm trying to get my ceremony set up and I'm a bit frustrated with the Venetian I've e-mailed them twice and have not gotten any response back from them, so I called them and the receptionist told me the coordinator was on the phone that she'd give me a call back that afternoon and even took my e-mail too so they could reach me that way if need be and still nothing. Have others had this problem? I really like the look of the Venetian and want to get married there but I'm starting to feel a bit turned off of using them.

    I got the same thing from them. We had to call several times to get an appointment. When we got one the woman seemed very uninterested in the situation. The hotel is gorgeous, but for us it was not worth the hassle.

    I was married at the Venetian and had no issues with repsonse time with my coordinator.  Have you sent in a deposit in yet, or are you still inquiring?  That might make a difference, although it really shouldn't.

    No haven't sent in a deposit yet, that's one of the reasons I'm trying to get hold of them and now we've decided to go in a differnt direction.

    My bro and his Fi are getting married at The Venetian.  Their e-mail system is set up to redirect people back to the website to get the FAQs out of the way and for you to call.

    They have had no issues what so ever with dealing with the people there.  So far they have bent over backwards for them.

    I still have not heard anything back from them it's been a week since I called them and told I'd get called back that afternoon and 3 weeks since my first of now 3 e-mails to them. Very dissappointed in the Venetian's wedding department :(
