2 month mark!! ....waiting for other shoe to drop :( vent

My fiance and I have changed our date 4 times now and granted We have never done it this close or ever sent out invites before this time but I am soooo worried that something will happen and we will have to change it so close to the day.
My fiance is always worried that he is going to get fired (he is just that type of guy) this week is his annual review and his boss of course wrote some negative things-they are required to. Well fiance took it personally as usual and wrote curt comments back. I am really scared this time that this will get him fired being as it is in print and not verbal! Not sure what to do. I read it over his shoulder and when he saw me standing there he turns around and says "what do you want?!"  upon seeing the shocked look on my face he quickly apologized.

    Fingers crossed for you.  Everything will be fine.  As long as he wasn't verbally abusive I don't think there's much they can do as far as terminating off a review response.  If he hasn't turned it in yet maybe just talk to him about it.

    Thanks! he turned it in but he is kind of known for over reacting-he always thinks the worse-ie that they are attacking him. I am hoping they will do what usually happens. They just kind of laugh a little bit and tell him relax you are doing great and in this scenario say they had to find something negative.

    And they do.  I always get snippy with my boss at my review cause he has to try to find negative.  So last year's he said I let the lobby get too dirty.  I snapped cause I'm not a janitor nor is it my job to clean lol.

    I always feel that when I am getting a review (personal or classroom) my boss stresses the negative and mearly touches on the positive.    It is very frustrating that even when you improve on the negative it is not commented on.

    I am sure everything will be fine with your FI he should be able to defend himself and even if he does it a little harshly it would be pretty hard to fire him over it.
