Wedding Officiant

My fiance and I are getting married in Troy,NY next September.  We are planning on having an interfaith ceremonty (I'm catholic and hes Jewish).  Does anyone know of an officiant that would do this?

    I don't know about the catholic side but I had a terrible time finding a Rabbi. There is one who will do it in the area but he was booked already for my date. I can look up his info for you when I get home. We ended up having my Aunts get ordained online. Sorry to not be more helpful
