Rehearsal dinner - Rockland County - HELP!

Hi girls,
My FI and I are trying to plan a rehearsal dinner on a budget in Rockland Co., preferably Nanuet, or close by. We know pretty much NOTHING about Rockland, but that is where our out of town guests will be staying and we want it to be convenient for them.
We're paying for the entire wedding and honeymoon on our own so we don't have too much to spend on a rehearsal. I appreciate any input that you may have

Look into Pasta Cucina in New City (right on Nanuet border). Great food and they have a party room.

I don't have any Rockland recs, but we paid for our rehearsal too. We went out to a beautiful lakeside restaurant...for pizza! Also we kept the guest list small.

So if you find a great restaurant, you might be able to have a pasta a or pizza night that won't cost much!

Mia Cucina (Blauvelt)

Casa Mia Manor House (Blauvelt) - although a catering hall, they have a small room and are very reasonably priced.

You picked a good date! I am having my ceremony in Rockland and reception in Jersey. Therefore, I am having my rehersal dinner in Rockland. Pasta Cucina and La Terrazza are good places.
