Band recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a great band that also can do a decent job holding together the wedding announcements? I'm torn between a DJ or a band - but don't know of many great wedding bands in the area!

I wasn't impressed with any of the bands in the area, so I'm useless... We ended up going with Adam's DJ service and he was Ah-mazing. He was like having another DoC
