I've heard bad things about them, not directly but online reviews, etc.  I'd do a search.

I did not go there but I did call them to find out pricing on my bridesmaid dresses and they refused to tell me the price over the phone which I thought was ridiculous. I hope you have good luck though!

I went a couple of years ago when I was in my friend's wedding to try on bridesmaids dresses.  They were okay - not very attentive - (I wasn't the bride, after all!), and I didn't find it to be very professional.  I would keep the appointment though!  You might end up having a great experience there.  Good luck!!

They were just ok.  The consultant did try her hardest to find something that I would like but it just wasn't happening.  The seamstress and her got in a bit of a tiff because the seamstress pulled something that I liked because it was close to a dress I was in love with and the consultant kept repeating I told her not to do that.

They were nice enough but I don't think I would purchase there.

My daughter went there and she did not have the consultants undivided attention.  Also, they let my daughter try on about 16 dresses..... wayyyyyy to many.  It got overwhelming and she couldn't make a decision.  The consultant did not pick any dresses, those of us with my daughter picked dresses.  I would suggest another store.  We also went to 125 Bridal in Plaistow, NH and it was a completely different experience.  They only have a limited number of dresses the bride can select.  The consultant chooses about 8 different dresses to try on from a larger selection in the back of the store. It take about 2 hours and they do a wonderful job.  The consultant at 125 Bridal knew what she was doing.  My daughter did not get her dress there, but got it at Pamela Moore Bridal in Keene, NH.  A wonderful experience, too.  Although they are a small shop they give very personal service.  My daughter and those of us with her selected 6 dresses for her to try on.  Eventually, she narrowed it down do two dresses and then made her choice.  WToo Dulconee, and she was beautiful in it.  It was the one.
