  I think that part of the Norristown Farm Park has sunflowers late in the summer. Maple Acres Farm in Plymouth Meeting will have tall zinnias later in the summer as well - which may not be exactly what you are looking for but they are sooo pretty!

  There's a beautiful sunflower field behind Longwood Gardens but I don't think they're in season until late summer.

  Thanks so much! I used to work near Norristown, so I know exactly where that is! And Longwood is a great idea, too. Do you have to enter the actual Garden (as in pay admission) or can you access it from the outside? Thanks for your help!

  I just found out that they didn't plant the sunflowers this year! So sorry

  It may be a bit of a hike for you, but there are several sunflower fields out on Long Island near the wine trail.  We went last year right after our engagement on 8/18 and literally stumbled across them.  I can research exact location a bit more, if you'd like.  Here's a sample shot:

  any luck finding a good location for pictures with sunflower fields? I am looking to do engagement pictures as well. where at in Norristown? any does anyone else have any other locations? or recomendations on when they bloom? please let me know! thanks!
