Engagement Photos

Anyone have any suggestions in the Seattle/Tacoma area as to good photographers for engagement photos that are a good price? Unfortunately we are on a tight budget. Thanks!!

    My photographer was affordable when I booked them (what do you consider affordable?).  You can see our e pics at http://www.c2photography.com/blog/ We did ours at Seattle Center.

    Like Sweet_Adeline said, what is your concept of affordable? I know it's kind of awkward to throw numbers out there but it helps us help you.

    Abbey Hepner is based in I think Gig Harbor: http://www.abbeyhepner.com/# You might check her out. I think the story is that they moved here and so she's tryinig to get established.

    Also, I know a lot of people aren't super keen on the Bride's Club wedding shows but I tihnk that if you get the 2 for 1 and use a wedding specific email address for EVERYTHING there, they're worth it. Especially for photographers where a personaility match is important. They are having one this weekend at the Tacoma Dome.

    I would recommend doing your engagement photos with whomever you book for your wedding. We used our engagement session as a chance to get comfortable with our photographer.

    Well my mom is paying just for engagement pics, so probably less than $500.

    We loved our engagement/wedding photographers Ali and Josh.  The engagement photos came with our wedding package, but I am sure they are in your budget for just engagment.  Our engagment and wedding photos are up on their blog under Cory+Jen if you want to see their recent work (we got married on July 24).
