My dress has finally come in. Pictures!

I finally got to try on my dress and take pictures.  I added the belt.  This isn't my exact veil but similar.  I'm a little  nervous that it might be too giant... considering removing one layer of crenolin.  What do you think? Please ignore my messy hair :)

    Your dress is lovely. I really like the lace on the skirt! I don't think it's too full, but if you think so, I think it would be just as beautiful minus one of the crinolines.

    Gorgeous!  I love it!  And I agree with Bean.  I don't think it's too big at all, but if you removed a crinoline it would still be beautiful.

    And now my unguarded opinion - since it is 9pm and my FI is bachelor-partying and I'm taking care of our pup (and a bottle of wine!): I think it's prefect and I adore the fullness. I do think you should try a shorter or an edged veil though. If yours is very much like the one you have of, it sort of gets lost in the dress.

    Absolutely stunning...beautiful...crinoline or not!!! But i would go with a shorter veil...that one gets lost in the dress...

    Beautiful!! And you have very few opportunities to wear a dress with a lot off poof, I say keep the crinoline, it looks stunning.

    Thanks for all the replies!  I think the volume is growing on me... it seems less giant in pictures than in person.

    My STDs went out Saturday, the locals got them today and the others will get them within the week (including international), people were so excited to get them as I got a lot of message today. PPs were right about the invites, sometimes though you do send them out a little more in advance for a lot of international or around the holidays (max I have EVER seen nis 10-12 weeks)..a lot of the February brides want to get them out right before Christmas cards so they don't get mixed in lol but a LOT depends on when your counts are due to vendors. For me a lot depends on me needing the count for the baker, salad bar, and coordinator for rental items
