Hey ladies!  I've begun posting pictures of the progress of the DIY garter I'm sewing.  Check out my planning bio DIY section!

Tonight I'm starting the rosettes in ivory.

    Wow, that looks amazing!  I love the pink lace.  Did you use a pattern or instructions, or just wing it?

    Just winged it.  I learned to make hair scrunchies in elementary school, so it's not too different :P

    Pretty!! The tulle makes it look so airy and dainty. Can't wait to see how it looks with the rosettes on! I'm working on my garters (toss and regular) as soon as I learn how to use my new sewing machine, lol. Impressive you did it all by hand!!

    That is cute. Makes me wanna run out and go buy some stuff and get started. I love those cake toppers, even though they don't have mouths they look as if they are smiling.
