  I ended up buying some 1 inch wedges from Zappos. I can't do heels because DH and I are about the same height and I am very clumsy.
  
  I would definitely recommend looking at Zappos.com.   I had forgotten to order my shoes until about 2 weeks before the wedding and when they arrived, they were too big! I called and they sent out a new pair in the right size (with free 1-day shipping)  before I even mailed the too big pair back to them.
  
  Great customer service and free UPS 2-day shipping.

  And now we are as one

  My girlfriend found her shoes at DSW shoes but she was looking for 2-3 inch heels.

  I bought my red peep toes on line from Aldos and they were really comfy.  I brought other shoes to change into in case they werent but didnt need them.

  I bought badgley mischka shoes off zappos.  They are called "salsa".  Pretty comfortable, white satin peep toebwith some embellishments.

  I changed out of my ceremony shoes into a white pair of Crocs ballet flats - my feet were in heaven all night!

  Great idea. I am getting 2.5 inch heels, and that's quite high for me. I wouldn't have thought of bringing a spare pair.
