I thought I read somewhere that you were doing a signature drink with apple cider. If that was you, would you mind sharing your recipe? We are planning on doing one as well.

    Sure! We're doing what's called a stone fence. There's a variety of recipes floating around (here's one with bitters, and then here's one with fancier booze), but basically we're doing a glass of apple cider with two oz (or a shot glass worth) of bourbon (we said Jim Beam). We're serving them in mason jars.
