SO i just called the cateriers and i had alot of questions ( I got 80 days to go )... The person I deal with wasnt there but my questions were simple ( i thought) so i just spoke to another person.. I asked about upgrading certian food choices; and my main question was setup. What time can the venue be accessed, Who will set up linens/center pieces.. The guy i spoke with was not knowledgable at all. I asked about doing a walk -thru to discuss final setup and he told me that it wasnt NEEDED! THE HELL IT ANIT... I'm very perticular on how I want things set up. He tells me to just come to there office and we can talk about "my vision"... REALLY DUDE.. YOUR OFFICE AND THE VENUE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PLACES.. I told him thanks and called MY REP ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE..... ??? AM I TRIPPING?
