  Wow! Thats awesome! I'm actually making my own bouquet and have started purchasing the materials for it. I'm creating a brooch bouquet inspired by one I saw on etsy but was WAAAY out of my price range ($300++). So I have litterally been ebay stalking bids and new items looking for cheap purple brooches lol! So far I have purchased approximately 30 for under $50 which considering that I've seen single brooches for $20+ isn't bad. I have to start looking for the fake purple hydrangeas I want for the bouquet and I figured that maybe around March-May I might start putting it together. We are also using a couple of brooches for the bridesmaids bouquet which we are also doing, and I figured that a nice large brooch with maybe only a single flower or a couple flowers would be pretty for pinned corsages for the moms.

  Congrats. So far the only solid thing I have done is picked the month. put a deposit on my dress and picked my bridal party. lol. HOpefully once football season is over we will get more done

  I just got engaged, like 12 days ago, so I haven't really gotten anything done. I do know that I want to get married at my dad's house, the month (and maybe the day?), and I know who's going to be in my bridal party. But I haven't finalized any of that yet. Just enjoying being engaged right now!

  Bridesmaid dress chosen (although my bridesmaid is thinking she may be pregnant for the wedding so we may have to rechoose)

  We're meeting with officiants next weekend, so hopefully that works out soon!

  Congrats! So far I've got:

  
  

  reception venue booked (food and centerpieces included)

  photographer booked

  makeup/hair booked (early, but I'm have an on location person and they're booking already)

  dress bought

  favors decided on (candy bar- bought some of the containers too)

  colors picked

  
  

  This weekend we're also meeting with our pastor (hopefully!), our cake maker, and hopefully booking our DJ. I'm also hoping to have my wedding party figured out shortly. We really need to figure out where to have the ceremony- my church is kind of unattractive. Then I get to take a break for a while (though I'm quite enjoying this).

  Wow ladies! Well technically my venue comes with a DJ and caterer. They also work with 6 different photographers that I'm going to have to make appointments with to view and also 2 different bakeries one of which I already know I love so will definitly go there. The venue also has I want to say 3 different companies that I can choose for my centerpieces and all things floral and all I have to do is make the appointments and chose one, also all my upgrades will go directly through them. At this point it looks like for all of the above areas all I'm missing is the desired upgrades. After reading some of your checks I guess I took some of my checks for granted lol!

  Today I purchased my e-pic dress

  I'm planning very quickly though because I have panic attacks if I feel rushed in the least little bit and I do not want to deal with that for a year and 3+ months!
