Dj or no?

We are pondering on whether to get a DJ or not. Any advice?

    At first we wanted to do a live band but when we started looking around and seeing how overly expensive it was we went with a DJ who we love. 

    When we spoke to the DJ's they were very open and honest and let us know that live bands are great BUT a lot of them do not have the stage presence to get your family and friends on the dance floor- that they are more performers.
